Your daily dose of tranquil is your recluse for some peace of mind and calm after a long day. It provides a safe space for you to unwind and relax your mind and soul and clear your thoughts. This place intends to try and help you if you are stressed , depressed, in between a very tiring and confusing existential crisis, having trouble gaining some perspective in life or just anyone out there who is trying to stay afloat in this big funny but beautiful chaotic mess of a world. This blog offers some serene get away scenarios for you to take a healthy break from reality. It offers my 10 cents on what I’ve come to learn from my own life and some advice and tips you could adopt to make your life just a tad bit easier. It also has a section consisting of a compilation of some positive things I may have stumbled upon from time to time which I feel could cheer you up and motivate you to move on and take life easy. I also showcase here my writings and other creative works. I will try to keep the contents of the blog as inspirational and motivational as possible for you. This blog intends only the best for its readers and aims to give you a shot of tranquility and positivity . But in case any of you are struggling with something, ANYTHING or feel like you are not in the right state of mind, PLEASE DO SEEK HELP from professional therapists, friends, family and loved ones close to you. But don't give up !Go to any lengths to get help. IT WILL BE WORTH IT ONE DAY and know that you are not alone. Take it from someone who has managed to somehow stay afloat in deep waters , there are better days and they will come. Everything is and will be ok! The dark times will also pass and you will one day see the sunlight and feel the warmth again and be grateful you didn’t give up hope.

About me:
I'm just your every other apprehensive twenty year old who has seen some better and worse days trying to navigate through life and 'find myself', but has not given up hope on life yet. I am every other person swinging between a variety of emotions to feeling totally numb and living life one day at a time, trying to get by and figure everything out while having a self diagnosed mid life crisis a little too early in my life all at the same time . Hey, but not complaining! Life has its nicer moments also and I've decided to be grateful for it. It is very close to never that people see me not shaking my leg constantly , biting my nails and lips or having a panic attack. I have started this blog as a means to help myself feel like I am contributing to the world and to give my life a purpose, to help me get by and live life and also to provide a platform to help others fighting their own battles to feel good and special and keep faith in their lives and themselves in their own little ways.
